Burgundy and Bordeaux wines will normally be supplied in cartons of 6 or 12 bottles.
Madeira wines - Less than twelve bottles may be ordered but one to six bottles will incur a delivery surcharge.

Order wine by post, telephone, fax or email.
To order wine, please advise requirements together with your name, postal address, telephone number, and fax number and email address where appropriate. We shall contact you promptly with details of availability, confirm price and likely delivery date.
When availability of the wine and approximate delivery is confirmed, 25% of the total cost must be submitted by cheque, to AGS Wines.
The Burgundy wines are stored in France, therefore, there will be a delay in the delivery of these wines.
Next collection of Burgundy wines will be in April or May, 2010.
The Madeira and Bordeaux wines are stocked in the UK.

When the wine is available for delivery in the UK, the outstanding balance must be paid by cheque to AGS Wines, before final despatch to the client can take place.
Carriage charges - UK mainland
The carriage charge for 6 or 12 bottles will be £16.00.
Charges for deliveries overseas including the UK islands, will be subject to individual quotations. |
Force Majeure
AGS Wines will not be liable for failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Claims
Customers are requested to carefully check all goods at the time of delivery and the carrier's note should be signed noting any errors, shortages or breakages.
We cannot accept claims not recorded in this way.
Any claims must be made to AGS Wines within three days of delivery. |
